Conclusion
In conclusion had recently upgraded our home network and my parents were having trouble connecting (which means going online). I checked all possible solutions in Google searches but could not get any solution for them as they don’t use any email or social media accounts anymore… I asked them if they were using an older version if they installed any drivers I should uninstall or something else… So I decided installing Windows 10 was just another solution but I knew it would not solve their problem as they would need compatible drivers for wifi adaptor card (which was not updated yet).
so I figured why not install an old version (Windows 7)… Of course my father was hesitant but when I told him we could fully back up his data he was more inclined towards it…
